Record what you know

Choose measurements that matter to you. Every measurement is optional. Missing data never becomes zero or a penalty. Guests store data in this browser; accounts can save across devices.

Repeat a consistent test

Record the date, method and equipment. History connects documented comparable tests so a change of technique is not mistaken for a change in performance.

Illustrative example only: a test recorded as 20 repetitions and later as 24 repetitions is a raw change of 4 repetitions. That does not establish a peer percentile.

Know the limits

The optional capacity index uses provisional references. Clinical markers and recovery habits are tracked without performance points. A validated peer reference is not connected, so no worldwide or age-peer rank is offered.

Control your data

Profiles are private by default. Review any public summary before publishing. Exports and deletion controls are separate from clearing a measurement.
